2. Who is eligible to receive services?
Individuals must be approved through BDDS (Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services) and have an active waiver, such as the Family Support Waiver (FSW) or Community Integration & Habilitation Waiver (CIH).

3. How do I start services with GL Focus Agency?
Starting services is simple:

During intake, we learn about your personality, preferences, schedule, and goals—then match you with a caregiver or support professional who fits your needs.
6. What if I want to change my staff?
You can request a staff change at any time. Your comfort and safety are our priority. We will work with you and your team to make adjustments quickly and respectfully.

9. Do you accept clients with behavioral needs?
Yes. We support individuals with a range of behavioral, emotional, and developmental needs. If a Behavior Support Plan (BSP) is required, our staff are trained to follow it appropriately to ensure safety.
