Our Founders’ Combined Experience in Care
At G L FOCUS Agency, we are led by founders whose combined experience in the care industry spans more than two decades of hands-on service, leadership, and advocacy. Together, they bring deep knowledge of Home and Community-Based Services (H C B S), mental health support, disability services, and person-centered care.
Our founders have worked across multiple care environments residential programs, community-based supports, and crisis response giving them a 360-degree understanding of what quality care truly requires. Their journeys began long before G L FOCUS Agency existed: supporting families, empowering individuals with developmental disabilities, coordinating complex care plans, and building service systems that place dignity and independence at the center.
